introduction about Arabian Cusine

When we talk about arabian cusin means talking about different ways of cooking from one place to another.
 Arabian cuisine is  full of many of the recipes and many of the different components and different spices.

Various traditions
traditions could be changed from country to another not only another country but it could be different in the same country for example Egyptian cuisine is a very rich cuisine that has many unique customs. These customs may also vary within Egypt itself,

As southern Egypt have different customs  from the rest of Egypt.they prefer to eat salty cheese and butter and honey with Feteer meshaltet (a kind of bread baked with a lot of butter)

the people in canal cities prefer to eat grilled fish,fried fish with rice and green salad.

This difference does not mean that there is no joint Egyptian cuisine all over Egypt such as (koshari,molokhyya,mahshy.)



But the issue is different when we talk about Sham, and the Arabian Gulf , Palestine, they prefer to use other kinds of spices and oils such as cardamom in saudia Arabia. 

 olive oil and thyme  in lebanon ,syria, Palestine and Jordan.

Bread.
bread forms the backbone of Arabian cuisine.it Is an essential part of daily meals. It has many different names depending on the country,Arabic Bread is often served with shawrma , falafel in lebanon and syria Beside Khopz el sag (a very thin bread like tortilla bread) 

There is a different kind of bread in Egypt.it's thick rather than the Arabic called aesh masri . The word  comes from  the meaning "to live, be alive."The word ʿayš itself has the meaning of "life, way of living...; livelihood,


Arab cuisine is full of many of the recipes, which can not be limited, so in this blog we will talk about  many of these various Arab recipes,( appetizers, soups, pastry, main dishes, deserts ) with easy and delicious way.
